Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Socials, including the website, dashboard, and public profile pages (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Socials lets you connect your own YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and X accounts through official OAuth, store snapshots of publicly available and permissioned stats (such as follower counts and, where the platform allows it, audience demographics), and share a public page at a URL you choose (for example, /u/yourname).

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher.
• You are responsible for the email, password, and username you register.
• You must only connect social accounts you are authorized to access.
• Usernames must follow our format rules and may not impersonate others or use reserved words.

3. Your public page

When you create an account, you get a public profile URL. Anyone with that link can see the display name, connected platforms, follower history, and any audience insights we have stored for those accounts. Do not share the link if you do not want that information to be public. You can change your username or disconnect accounts from the dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Connect accounts you do not own or control
• Abuse, scrape, or attempt to bypass the Service or a platform API
• Upload malware or interfere with other users
• Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harassing purposes
• Resell access to the Service without our permission

5. Platform providers

Stats come from third-party platforms (including Google/YouTube, Meta /Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and X). Those providers can change their APIs, revoke access, rate-limit requests, or withhold demographics. We do not guarantee that every metric will always be available or exact. Your use of a connected platform is also subject to that platform’s terms.

6. Content and license

You keep any rights you already have in your usernames, avatars, and platform content. You grant us a limited license to store and display the stats and profile information needed to operate the Service, including on your public page.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of third-party stats, or fitness for a particular purpose such as brand deals or tax reporting. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect accounts at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or the Service. After deletion, public pages for that username may stop resolving.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
